About

The ocean drained away generations ago and left the Basin. You crew a crawler, a house on treads, and drive it across the old sea floor gathering wood, stone, salt and scrap. Then the Tide returns, and you head uphill before the lowlands flood.

Low Tide is the moving-home showcase: a crew walking a tilemap deck in its own coordinates while the deck drives and turns beneath them, a camera that turns with it, and a top-down game played on the engine's generated voxel terrain. There is no game code: it is a scene and Decay scripts.

What it proves

  • A walkable world on a moving, turning parent
  • Re-parenting at the ramp
  • Tile reads and writes from Decay
  • Generated voxel terrain seen as a map
  • Phone controls that appear on first touch
